David Small is our Senior Director and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. David heads our family department. He is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution practicing Collaborative Law. David became a partner in 1997 and has a particular interest in high value divorce and general family matters. David has a lively young family and when time permits, can be found on the golf course.

| Sara-Jayne Fildes |

Sara qualified in 2000 specialises in family law and litigation. She is honorary Secretary to the local Law Society and is the Chichester and Southdowns collaborative liaison officer. Sara is married to Edward, a barrister and they have delightful twins, Sara enjoys keeping fit in her spare time.

After a career in antiques, Julie Jones qualified as a solicitor in 1978. Since qualifying, Julie has specialised in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and related matters. Julie joined the firm in 1997. Julie is a keen and skilled Bridge player and a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)

| Michael Hall |

Michael qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and operated his own practice from 1984. Following the merger of Michael Hall & Co with The Owen-Kenny Partnership in 2000, Michael joined the partnership. Michael has for many years practiced locally in Bognor Regis and concentrates on domestic residential matters. Michael is married with three children and has lived in Bognor Regis for most of his life and knows the local property market inside out.
Michael is assisted by our conveyancing assistants Barbara Brown Campbell and Joanne Dennett.

Louise was admitted as a Solicitor in 1999. Located at our Bognor office, she specialises in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly. Louise and her husband Mike, who is also a Solicitor with the Partnership and three children relocated from Warwickshire in 2006.
